Background
Our client, one of the world's largest Consumer Healthcare businesses, was facing a challenge in improving their technical and analytical tools supporting risk management. The company needed a more sophisticated and tailored platform to replace six legacy risk management tools and support a new global Risk Management Framework.
Challenge
The client needed a bespoke low-code solution that would facilitate more efficient and faster assessment and update of risk management processes. The new platform needed to be built within a short period of time and provide various functionalities aimed at aiding risk assessment and risk mitigation at all levels of the organization.
Solution
We created a bespoke low-code solution, that replaced the use of six legacy risk management tools and supported the new global Risk Management Framework. The solution facilitated risk assessment and mitigation throughout the organization with multiple functionalities.
We also structured the complex data using data science experience and automation.
Throughout the project we provided risk management consulting.
